Bug in Add Ska Show page

I found a pretty bad bug in the Add Show page that I created when I was fixing the Concert History page. They all share some code I wrote for handling Date and Time, which is constantly an annoying issue. I forgot to update a line of code in one place, which of course kept users from being able to submit shows. It should be up and running again. I also added a contact page so that people can more easily let me know of issues like this in the future, as this site is still going through a lot of growing pains. I hope not too many people were annoyed by this, but things should be up and running again.
